"Amazing! Quick turnaround, actually surprisingly quick turnaround. Had 4 knives sharpened - 2 Cutco and 2 Miyabi. The cutco’s I abuse and use for my heavy lifting knife chores. Also have abused them with a $40 sharpener for years. Pretty sure they came back sharper than when I bought them! The Miyabi’s are well taken care of and do not see the abuse my Cutco’s do, but they too were returned with a beautiful edge. For the price and convenience I will never let my knives get so ‘un-knifey’ again! —Kevin L

"Love this whole thing. I didn’t want to take my knives, some of which I’ve had since I cooked professionally, to a place that sharpens lawnmower blades and oh yeah, knives too. Sent them to the shop in the package they sent, ordered loaners so I could send all my knives in at the same time, and got my very sharp knives back quickly. Great experience start to finish. "Kudos to Vivront for their quality service and mail-in business model! I don't know about you, but we've suffered through less-than-sharp knives because time is always at a premium and I never prioritized taking my blades to a sharpening service - despite my best intentions. Vivront's mail-in service was turnkey, very fast, and our knives came back like new. I live less than 5 miles from the shop, but the "don't have to leave your house" option was the catalyst I needed to improve our overall cooking experience!
